Baidu share link not working: what to check

Identify which step failed

Write down the message and whether it appeared when opening the original share, checking files in PanPull, or opening a file link from an order. These are different stages. A failed file link does not prove that the source share has been deleted, and a failed inspection does not prove that your payment failed.

Only troubleshoot content you own or have the share owner's authorization to access. PanPull cannot bypass an extraction code, reverse the owner's access decision, or restore deleted files.

The original share will not open

Compare the URL with the owner's original message. Check that it was copied completely and that the extraction code belongs to the same share. The code checklist explains the copy checks.

If the original share reports that it has expired, been removed, or is otherwise unavailable, ask the owner to check it from their account. Only the owner can clarify whether the files still exist and whether they intend to share them. If appropriate, they can send a new authorized link and its matching code. Paying for an order cannot make an unavailable source available.

The source works, but inspection fails

Record the error text and approximate time. Confirm that you used the same link and code, then use a retry option when the site offers one. A temporary network problem or a limit of our download service may be involved; do not assume the owner deleted the files without evidence. Repeated payment attempts do not fix an inspection error.

If the problem continues, contact support with the stage that failed and a redacted error description. Share an order number privately if one already exists. Do not include a Baidu password, cookies, payment password, complete payment details, access token, or a public download URL. Support can request any necessary source details through an appropriate private channel.

The order exists, but a file link fails

Sign in with the PanPull email account that owns the order and check its payment and service status. Create a PanPull email-and-password account before creating a new order; it is separate from a Baidu account. A payment approval message by itself does not establish server-confirmed payment.

While the service period remains active and the source is eligible, the order may allow you to request a fresh file link. Follow the file-link guide. A refresh cannot guarantee delivery if the owner has removed the source or our download service is unavailable. After the service period ends or a payment is reversed, new links cannot be issued.
